Use the same wallpaper as your real lock screen. It is shown blurred behind the call.
Call screen style
After you tap Start the screen stays on until the call comes in. You can lock the phone: the ringtone still plays on time and your caller shows on the lock screen. Double-tap the waiting screen to cancel.
